Internet penetration in a developing Country like ours is still not complete and it has been priority to see that benefits of Saukaryam are extended to the common citizen, the Citizens who may not have access to computer or may not be com-puter literate. In view of this, Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation has developed a model computerized ‘City Civic Centre’ with all amenities in the Corporation premises to act as ‘One Stop Civic Shop’ for availing various civic services in the Municipal Corporation.

1. Issue of Birth and Death Certificates instantly on demand.
2. Computerized Registration of Building Plan Applications and online tracking of their disposal status.
3. Online Registration of Water Tap Applications.
4. Online Registration of miscellaneous licenses.
5. Computerized recording of Complaints and suggestions and tracking their disposal.
6. Online facility for modifications/rectification’s in the Property assessment records.
7. All the information pertaining to Municipal Corporation viz., Sanitary, Civil Works etc through a user-friendly touchscreen Kiosk.
